My name is Sei and I am an art enthusiast. I do various multi-media art, such as drawing, animating, and singing. I mostly only take drawing/illustration jobs. TERMS OF SERVICES
1. By commissioning me, you agree to abide by these terms.2. Please credit me as @seibugged for all my work. If it's for a music video, please credit me as "Sei" or "青|Sei" and leave my Twitter address (https://x.com/SeiBugged) in the description.3. DO NOT reproduce, sell, or use my work commercially. The listed prices are for personal use only. Please contact me for commercial usage.4. DO NOT use my art for AI "art," trace over my art, or claim my work as your own.5. I reserve the right to showcase the work and its process through streaming, social media, and portfolio.6. There will be an extra fee for private commissions (please check my commission prices for more information).7. Private commission requests will not be posted on social media until the commissioner permits to post OR posts first on social media.8. Once the commission is confirmed, payments must be made 100% before starting the art progress unless layer-cutting services for animations/Live2D are requested (total payments will be asked once the numbers of cut parts and the rough sketch are determined, but a body/full-body payment is still needed to be paid beforehand). Payments are charged in USD and are currently accepted only via PayPal.9. There will be no refunds unless I, the artist, cannot complete the art within one month after the agreed deadline OR within a year if no deadlines. If the commission is void by/due to the commissioner at any stage, NO REFUNDS will be made. I will not accept commission requests with deadlines of less than three weeks. Please consider well before commissioning me.10. I have the right to decline and void the commission if the client (1) violates the TOS, (2) behaves in a harassing manner, or (3) cannot respond/follow up with feedback resulting in a lack of communication.
